Refund Policy

General Refund Rules

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below in accordance with Texas TABC laws:

  • Refunds are only issued for unopened products returned within 3 days of purchase, in compliance with TABC regulations.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Returns without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed products, as per TABC laws.
  • Refunds are processed using the original form of payment.
  • We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages purchased for special events or in bulk quantities.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the returned product.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange within the specified period:

  • Exchanges can be made for defective or damaged products within 3 days of purchase, in compliance with TABC regulations.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging for exchanges.
  • Exchange requests require proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges based on the condition of the returned product.
